Cable Manipulator with a Pneumatic Drive RMK CM-80-PP
The Cable Manipulator with a Pneumatic Drive RMK CM-80-PP is industrial load-handling equipment designed for the mechanized lifting, lowering, and movement of loads weighing up to 80 kg. The model has a vertical stroke of 1,600 mm and a horizontal working radius of 3,500 mm.
The model is used in production areas where parts, workpieces, assemblies, and other products must be moved regularly within a defined working area. The pneumatic drive generates the force required for vertical movement, while the flexible wire-rope suspension provides controlled lifting and lowering.
Purpose and Design Features
The Cable Manipulator RMK CM-80-PP is designed to mechanize operations involving the lifting, lowering, guided movement, and positioning of loads weighing up to 80 kg. The equipment can transfer products between workstations within a horizontal working radius of 3,500 mm.
The vertical stroke of 1,600 mm enables loads to be moved between points located at different heights. The lifting force is generated by a pneumatic drive powered by compressed air.
A flexible wire-rope suspension is used as the lifting element. The specific manipulator configuration, mounting method, control system, and gripping device depend on the selected scope of supply.
Applications of the Cable Manipulator
The RMK CM-80-PP is suitable for production operations in which a load must be transferred between several workstations within the specified working radius. The equipment can be used to feed parts and workpieces, load and unload production machinery, transfer products to the next processing area, and place loads into containers.
Suitability for a specific operation depends on the weight and dimensions of the handled object, the location of the pick-up and placement points, the required movement path, and the characteristics of the selected gripping device.
