Quick Installation of the Telescopic Manipulator with a Cable Winch RMK TM-1000
The equipment can be installed quickly without requiring a large installation team or an extended shutdown of the production process. Only a minimum set of resources is required: suitable lifting equipment, such as a crane or forklift, and two assembly technicians. Installation takes approximately two hours, after which the equipment is ready for further adjustment and operation in the working area. This short installation time allows the manipulator to be quickly integrated into the production process, reduces equipment downtime, and eliminates unnecessary preparatory work. Equipment packaging ensures its safety during transportation by any mode and means of transport.
- 24 months from the date of equipment delivery – for main structures, components, and mechanisms of the equipment
- 12 months from the date of equipment delivery – for individual equipment parts, namely, purchased third-party components included in the equipment (pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic components, automation components, bearings, guides, mechanical transmission components, cables, hoses, fasteners, etc.)
An extension of the warranty period is possible subject to the conclusion of a post-warranty service agreement with RMK.
During the warranty period, RMK guarantees the elimination of obvious or hidden design and manufacturing defects related to the design, materials and components used, or workmanship, and ensures the operation of the equipment in accordance with the technical parameters and technological process stipulated in the Data Sheet and/or Operation Manual.
Along with the equipment, RMK develops and delivers a complete set of operating documentation:

- Operation and Maintenance Manual;
- 3D Dimensional Model;
- Drawings of Wear Parts;
- List of Spare Parts;
- Certificate of Conformity.
