Description
RMK manipulators are designed for comfortable and precise handling of products in production. They automatically compensate for the weight of the product, allowing the operator to move it with minimal effort while maintaining complete freedom of movement. This distinguishes them from conventional lifting equipment such as cranes or hoists, and allows them to perform high speed, high precision operations such as loading products into presses or fixtures, as well as assembly operations.
Typical manipulator applications:
- Loading products into machine tools, processing machines and tooling;
- Palletising and stacking finished products;
- Moving products between production lines or areas;
- Mounting and suspending parts in assembly operations;
- Installing fixtures or tools in equipment retrofits;
