RMK manipulators are designed for comfortable and precise handling of products in production. They automatically compensate for the weight of the product, allowing the operator to move it with minimal effort while maintaining complete freedom of movement. This distinguishes them from conventional lifting equipment such as cranes or hoists, and allows them to perform high speed, high precision operations such as loading products into presses or fixtures, as well as assembly operations.
Typical manipulator applications:
- Loading products into machine tools, processing machines and tooling;
- Palletising and stacking finished products;

The equipment is manufactured in compliance with safety, labor protection, and environmental requirements in accordance with current standards.
The equipment includes all the necessary safety devices, the presence of which is determined by current standards.
The equipment has a certificate of conformity for compliance with the requirements of TR CU 010/2011 "On the Safety of Machinery and Equipment."
The equipment is delivered in packaging that corresponds to the nature of the equipment, established by international standards and technical requirements. Manufacturer's packaging.
Equipment packaging ensures its safety during transportation by any mode and means of transport.
- 24 months from the date of equipment delivery – for main structures, components, and mechanisms of the equipment
- 12 months from the date of equipment delivery – for individual equipment parts, namely, purchased third-party components included in the equipment (pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic components, automation components, bearings, guides, mechanical transmission components, cables, hoses, fasteners, etc.)
An extension of the warranty period is possible subject to the conclusion of a post-warranty service agreement with RMK.
During the warranty period, RMK guarantees the elimination of obvious or hidden design and manufacturing defects related to the design, materials and components used, or workmanship, and ensures the operation of the equipment in accordance with the technical parameters and technological process stipulated in the Data Sheet and/or Operation Manual.
