The Telescopic Manipulator KTM-TL-2000 is an industrial handling solution designed for lifting and moving loads within production and assembly areas. Its telescopic boom extends the operating reach, while the electromechanical drives provide smooth, controlled operation and simplify repetitive material handling tasks.
Purpose and Design Features of the Telescopic Manipulator KTM-TL-2000
The KTM-TL-2000 is intended for industrial operations that require controlled lifting and movement of loads within a defined working area. The telescopic boom allows the boom reach to be adjusted according to the production layout and the requirements of the handling operation.
The manipulator is available with a base for permanent floor mounting or with folding support legs. This makes it possible to select a suitable configuration according to the available floor space, workplace layout, and operating conditions.
Compatibility with Load-Handling Devices
The manipulator can be equipped with a load-handling device selected according to the technical requirements of the application. The gripper configuration is determined by the shape, dimensions, material, and required positioning of the load.
This approach allows the equipment to be adapted to the characteristics of the loads and the specific requirements of the handling operation.
Drive and Control System
The KTM-TL-2000 is equipped with an electromechanical boom slewing drive and an electromechanical winch. The drive system provides controlled boom rotation and vertical load movement within the working area.
- Electromechanical boom slewing drive — provides controlled rotation of the telescopic boom around the vertical axis.
- Electromechanical winch — performs lifting and lowering operations.
- Telescopic boom — extends the working reach and improves access to load-handling points.
Manipulator Structure
The Telescopic Manipulator KTM-TL-2000 includes the following main components:
- Base — available in two configurations: for permanent floor mounting or with folding support legs.
- Rotary support unit — supports the boom and enables its rotation within the working area.
- Telescopic boom — allows the working reach to be adjusted according to the handling task.
- Electromechanical slewing drive — controls boom rotation.
- Electromechanical winch — provides controlled lifting and lowering of the load.
- Load-handling device — selected according to the load characteristics and the technical requirements of the operation.
- Safety system — includes the safety devices required for reliable operation in industrial environments.
Applications
The KTM-TL-2000 can be used for industrial handling operations that require controlled lifting and movement of loads within production and assembly areas. The specific application depends on the selected configuration, load-handling device, workspace layout, and technical requirements of the production process.
- moving components between workstations;
- lifting and lowering loads within the working area;
- handling loads during production and assembly operations;
- performing repetitive material handling tasks;
- working in areas where an adjustable boom reach is required.
